Since Blackd Proxy 23.4 you only need to set your ot server info in the first screen. If you can't see that screen now then just reinstall blackd proxy -OR- go to advanced options and click in the button "CLICK HERE TO load a config for a different Tibia Version. This will close ALL. Reload later". Then next time Blackd Proxy will show the config screen again.

Misc notes:

- you still need to have a Tibia client designed for your desired OT server
- in ot servers with custom tiles you might need to manually change the tile ids in your configxxx\config.ini
